Uncover the quiet beauty and ancient rhythm of Arctic life with the Arctic Elegance Reindeer Tour — a graceful journey through snow-covered forest sled by Lapland’s most iconic companions.
This immersive experience takes you to a traditional reindeer farm located deep in the wilderness, far from city life. Upon arrival, you’ll meet your reindeer, learn how to harness it yourself, and prepare for an unforgettable 7- kilometer sleigh ride — the longest reindeer safari in the Rovaniemi region.
Gliding silently through a landscape blanketed in white, you’ll travel the way Sámi people once did — in harmony with nature and at the pace of the North. You’ll share a sleigh (two participants per sled), with the chance to switch between steering and relaxing as a passenger.
Midway through the adventure, you’ll pause at a rustic firepit to enjoy a traditional Finnish BBQ snack and warm drinks. Feed your reindeer a treat of lichen (their favorite!) and listen to the herder’s stories about reindeer culture, Arctic survival, and life in Lapland’s remote corners.
